Warehouse Operations Coordinator



As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Mauren. Your main role will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the warehouse operations process
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with inventory management systems

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Experience supervising a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing
