Office Manager
As an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's office in Lisbon. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and monitoring employee productivity
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring they are always well-stocked
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Oversee the scheduling of meetings and appointments for the management team
- Act as the point of contact for all visitors to the office, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Keep track of expenses and prepare reports on budget spending
- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise from employees or clients
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed by employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1500$ per month
