Office Assistant
We are hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
