Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Eldoret. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of land features, as well as creating maps and reports based on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Identify and document property boundaries, easements, and other land features
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate survey findings to clients or stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites or other potentially hazardous areas

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating maps and reports
- Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Eldoret. While we welcome candidates of any nationality, proficiency in English is required for this role.
