Computer Support Specialist



We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, providing technical support and assistance to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will also be responsible for setting up new equipment, maintaining inventory of hardware and software, and training users on new systems.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

Salary: 1600$

City: Shan

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work flexible hours when needed

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up new equipment including computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software
- Train users on new systems or technology updates
- Document all support activities accurately
- Collaborate with other team members on complex technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
