Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Shan, India. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and employees with computer systems, hardware, and software issues. You will also troubleshoot network connectivity issues and install and maintain computer equipment.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of computer systems and software. A degree or certification in computer science or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees on computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Install and maintain computer equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Keep track of all support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Train clients on how to use new technologies effectively.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
