Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall administrative and operational functions of our company in Mombasa. Your role will involve overseeing office operations, managing a team of administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in office management and strong leadership skills. This is an English-speaking role suitable for non-native speakers. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. The salary for this role is $900 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may also be available for foreigners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage a team of administrative staff
- Develop and implement office procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
