Part-time Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our team to develop and present design concepts, create detailed drawings and plans, and collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life. Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in architectural design is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Work closely with project managers and other team members throughout the design process
- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and standards
- Make revisions based on client feedback
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
