We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and other areas as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in a variety of trade skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Troubleshoot and fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, heating/cooling systems, and other areas as needed
- Perform carpentry, painting, and other general handyman duties
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work done
- Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance requests
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general trade skills such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Fluent in Nepali or any other foreign language is a plus
- Must have legal permission to work in Lithuania

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
