Handyman for Property Maintenance and Repair - Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various repair and maintenance tasks on our properties, ensuring they are kept in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with property systems and equipment.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any potential issues.
- Keep accurate records of all completed work and materials used.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of properties.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Handyman or Maintenance Technician.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and other team members.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in property maintenance or construction industry.
- Basic understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools.

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month with potential for growth. This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. As our Handyman, you will be required to work on-site at various properties within Utena.
