Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Akron. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring their proper functioning and efficiency. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring production processes, performing quality control checks, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience as a Machine Operator and possess strong technical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and additional technical training or certifications are preferred. You must also be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

As a Machine Operator, attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are crucial. You must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication skills are necessary as you will be working closely with other team members and reporting any production issues to management.
