Office Assistant - Khanpur (Contract)
We are in need of a responsible and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Office Assistant, you will be providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This is a contract position, and the selected candidate will be required to work with us for a specified period.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Keep the office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of biometric passports would be an advantage
- Availability to work flexible hours if needed
Salary: $1300 per month
Note: This position is open to all genders; however, it is suitable for male candidates due to physical tasks involved. Preference will be given to local candidates from Khanpur.
