We are in search of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Faro. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills. In this role, you will perform various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness. If you have a positive attitude and can work well under pressure, we would love to hear from you. This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
