Concierge Specialist
As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury hotel in Nairobi. Your main duties will include assisting with reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the city. This position requires fluency in English and previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for non-local candidates. This is a temporary position with a salary of $1700 per month. Candidates from Egypt or Nepal are encouraged to apply.
