Industrial Alpinist

We are a leading industrial alpinism company based in Chelyabinsk, seeking experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinists to join our team. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, utilizing ropes and other climbing equipment to access hard-to-reach areas in industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks such as painting, cleaning, maintenance, and installation at heights using ropes and climbing equipment
- Inspect and maintain all safety equipment before each job
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Document work progress and any issues encountered during the job
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently
- Continuously improve skills and techniques through training and practice

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Proficient in the use of ropes, harnesses, carabiners, ascenders, descenders, pulleys, and other climbing equipment
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to working at heights
- Physically fit with the ability to perform tasks while suspended in a harness for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if required)

Salary: Competitive salary starting at $1600 per month.
Location: Chelyabinsk (accommodation not provided).
