Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Ufa. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to our company's standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following sanitation guidelines and restocking supplies as needed
- Operate cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Keep track of inventory levels and place timely orders for supplies when needed
- Follow all safety protocols when handling hot beverages and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to create new menu items or promotions to attract customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and familiarity with specialty coffee is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates but English language proficiency is preferred

Salary:
We offer competitive compensation of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for tips from satisfied customers.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
