As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop creative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements
- Create innovative design solutions that meet project goals
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
