Senior Architect


We are hiring a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various architectural projects
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulations
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, sustainability standards
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Requirements:

-Bilingual (English/Urdu)
-Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Revit/SketchUp)
