We are currently hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating welding equipment and joining metal parts using various techniques. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in welding and be able to read and interpret blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Use hand tools, such as grinders and saws, to prepare materials for welding
- Inspect welded joints for quality control purposes
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and diagrams
- Good understanding of welding techniques and safety precautions
- Familiarity with various welding tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in a demanding environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques
