Loader Operator - Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials at construction sites. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders and other heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and backhoes
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate loading activities
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor tasks as needed
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a construction setting
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
