Roofer Supervisor

We are a roofing company based in Funchal and we are seeking an experienced Roofer Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the roofing industry and be able to lead a team of roofers effectively. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of roofers, ensuring they complete projects on time and to high quality standards
- Train new roofers on safety procedures, equipment usage, and roofing techniques
- Plan and organize the daily tasks for the roofing team
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations
- Communicate with clients to discuss project details and address any concerns or issues
- Order materials and equipment needed for projects
- Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the roofing industry
- Proven experience in supervising a team of roofers
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Valid driver's license
