Skilled Handyman
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Shan, India. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties. This position requires someone who is experienced and has strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform carpentry work such as repairing furniture, fixing doors and windows, and building shelves
- Paint interior and exterior walls as needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and light fixtures
- Handle general cleaning tasks to keep properties in good condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with a flexible work schedule. This job is open to all nationalities but we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Shan. Women are also encouraged to apply.
