Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Karachi! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and operating machinery used in the production process. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and safe operation of the machines while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw materials or parts into the machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
- Excellent understanding of production procedures
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot machine malfunctions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Good knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Willingness to work overtime if needed with accommodation provided

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently while following safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Karachi but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
