Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager with experience in the field, preferably with a background in designing and managing projects in the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale architectural projects and be able to lead a team of designers and architects to successfully complete projects within budget and on time. The Architecture Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial concept design to final construction, ensuring quality control and adherence to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from initial concept design to final construction
- Lead a team of designers and architects, providing guidance, feedback, and direction
- Ensure quality control throughout the project, including adherence to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect or in a similar role
- Experience working on large-scale architectural projects in the Los Angeles area preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software is required
