Senior Architect (Shan, China)



The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure project success
- Oversee project budget and schedule
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
