We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for working closely with architects and engineers to assist in the design and construction of various projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed technical drawings using CAD software, assisting in project management tasks, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Biometric passport required for travel within Europe
- Fluency in Portuguese is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop technical drawings for various projects
- Prepare detailed construction documents using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist in project management tasks such as budgeting and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate into designs when applicable

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. A higher salary may be offered based on experience.
