Mason - Construction Worker in Sofia, Bulgaria



We are currently in need of skilled masons to join our construction team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Mason, you will be responsible for the building and repairing of structures made of concrete, brick, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay out foundations and walls according to blueprints and specifications
- Cut or break bricks, stones, or blocks to proper size using chisels, hammers or other tools
- Mix mortar and spread it on surfaces using trowels
- Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb bob and level
- Install firebricks or refractory tiles in high temperature environments
- Repair cracks or damage to existing masonry structures
- Clean work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Experience as a Mason in construction projects preferred but not required
- Willingness to work with various types of materials such as concrete, brick, stone, etc.
- Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Biometric passport required for non-EU citizens
