Restoration Architect

As a Restoration Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in St. Petersburg, Russia. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments of the current state of the buildings, creating detailed restoration plans, and overseeing the execution of these plans. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all restoration work is done in accordance with historical preservation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify areas in need of restoration
- Creating detailed restoration plans that take into account the building's history, materials used, and local regulations
- Overseeing the execution of restoration projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all work is carried out according to preservation guidelines
- Conducting research on historical building techniques and materials to inform restoration plans
- Communicating with clients or owners of historical buildings to discuss restoration plans and address any concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of all restoration work done on each building

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in historical preservation or restoration architecture
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines for historical preservation in St. Petersburg
- Strong understanding of traditional building techniques and materials used in historical structures
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
