Courier Delivery Associate (Indian Nationals Preferred)



We are a leading courier delivery company based in Sheduva, looking for a dedicated and experienced Courier Delivery Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for Indian nationals with their own visa and a passion for providing exceptional delivery services.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages to designated locations within the given timeframe
- Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure accurate tracking of packages using our delivery system
- Communicate any delays or issues with deliveries to the management team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in courier or delivery services
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages as needed
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
