We are seeking a motivated and skilled Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other equipment as needed
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine production specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production flow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience operating machinery is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Lithuania.
