Personal Trainer


As a Personal Trainer in our fitness center located in Porto, your main responsibility is to provide personalized training and fitness plans for our clients. Your goal is to help them achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels and create personalized training plans
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Demonstrate different exercises and routines to clients and modify as needed
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor progress of clients and adjust training plans accordingly
- Provide nutritional guidance and recommendations to support clients' fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer preferred
- Certification in personal training or related field required
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for health, wellness, and physical fitness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for non-local trainers if needed.
