Office Manager for Indian Candidates in Eldoret, Kenya
We are a growing company in Eldoret, Kenya seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager who is fluent in English and of Indian nationality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in office management and be able to handle various administrative tasks with ease. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with free visa and ticket to Kenya.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations
- Create and maintain office procedures and policies
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and training
- Plan and organize company events
- Maintain inventory of office supplies
- Liaise with external vendors for services needed by the company
- Assist in recruitment process for new employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in office management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of labor laws preferred
