Office Manager - Eldoret, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are always available and ordering new supplies as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and files for important documents
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address any concerns or issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
