Experienced Painter in Mauren, Egypt

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team in Mauren, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in painting residential and commercial properties. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and other finishes, and ensuring quality workmanship. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Accommodation will be provided, along with a free visa and ticket. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming, or patching as needed
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Choose appropriate paints and materials based on surface type and desired finish
- Protect surrounding furniture and floors from paint splatters
- Ensure clean and neat work areas before and after each job
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional painter
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time
- Strong knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English
