IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with experience managing teams and implementing IT systems and policies. This is a contract position based in Multan, offering a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services
- Monitor IT budget and make cost-effective decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, software, databases, and security protocols
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certification(s) in relevant technologies (e.g. CCNA)
