Senior Architect - Gujrat, India



We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing design concepts and plans for new projects based on client requirements
- Overseeing the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications
- Managing project budgets and timelines
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Providing guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients
- Proven experience managing projects from conception to completion
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

We offer competitive salary packages starting at 900$ per month. This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in India.
