Architecture Manager


Our architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking an experienced and innovative Architecture Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architecture department, including project management, budgeting, and staffing
- Develop and implement design strategies and processes to ensure high-quality and efficient project delivery
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional development
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with engineering and construction plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality designs within strict timelines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
