Indian Architecture Manager in Siauliai


We are seeking an experienced Indian Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design projects, from concept to completion. This includes leading a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural design projects simultaneously
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead a team of architects and delegate tasks as needed
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Train and mentor junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Able to work well under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
