Land Surveyor

Our fast-growing land surveying company based in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate data for various projects such as construction, land development, and mapping. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various surveying techniques and equipment.
- Accurately measure land boundaries, elevations, and other important data.
- Prepare detailed reports of survey findings.
- Interpret maps, plans, and legal documents related to land boundaries.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Analyze data using specialized software programs.
- Provide recommendations for improvements or changes based on survey findings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret maps, plans, and legal documents related to land boundaries.
- Familiarity with specialized software programs such as AutoCAD or GIS.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Salary: $1100/month
Location: Nairobi (Preference will be given to Malayalees or foreigners with valid work permits)
Employment Type: Full-time with potential for part-time options
