Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and analyzing data to determine boundary lines, topography, and other features of a property. You will also be responsible for creating detailed reports and maps using specialized software.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in land surveying. Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels is required. Candidates should also have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment and techniques
- Analyze data collected from surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Prepare detailed reports and maps using specialized software
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, laser levels, and other surveying equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills

Our company offers competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position. This is not a live-in position so accommodation will not be provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility.
