Cashier

A well-established retail store in Bansko is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Scan items, process payments, and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate cash drawer by counting money at the beginning and end of each shift
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate supervisor
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult customers professionally
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is an advantage

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
