Sales Manager - Washington, USA
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Set targets, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to team members
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure cohesive business operations
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided.
