Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet our clients' requirements
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are technically feasible and implemented correctly
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with design solutions that align with their brand identity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design to continuously improve our design process and deliver high-quality work
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from clients to inform design decisions
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices for web design
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio showcasing your previous web design projects
