Part-Time Office Assistant
We are hiring a part-time office assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an office assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book travel arrangements for staff
- Submit expense reports
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Biometric passport (preferred)
Salary:
$1000 per month (part-time)
