Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Doha, Qatar)
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian restaurant in Doha, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing any complaints or concerns
- Train and develop staff on proper food preparation techniques and exceptional service delivery
- Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining quality standards
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health codes and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a diverse team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively
- Proficient in financial management including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization
- Knowledgeable about Indian cuisine with an understanding of food safety practices
- Must have a valid visa to work in Qatar
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract job. Accommodation will not be provided but assistance can be given in finding suitable housing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience as we are willing to train the right candidate.
