Senior Architect - Los Angeles


We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects, providing design expertise, and ensuring high-quality work that meets client requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from concept design to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD or other software
- Oversee the work of junior architects and designers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings

Salary: $1200/month

Location: Los Angeles (candidates must have valid biometric passport for travel)
