We are a luxury hotel located in the bustling city of Bungoma, seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for an ambitious and goal-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and travel agencies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, market trends, and future plans
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
