A luxurious hotel in the bustling city of Bungoma is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the hotel's revenue
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our hotel's features and services
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary: $1000 USD per month
