Land Surveyor



The position of Land Surveyor is currently available in Atlanta. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a valid biometric passport and able to start immediately. This is an urgent job opportunity and accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data on land features and boundaries
- Utilize surveying instruments, such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Prepare accurate drawings, maps, and reports based on collected data
- Analyze previous survey data, maps, deeds, and other records to determine property boundaries
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide progress updates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret maps, legal documents and engineering plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other relevant software

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
