Caregiver

The Caregiver will provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. They will assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. The Caregiver will also provide companionship and engage in social activities with the client. This position requires a caring and patient individual who is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those in need.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication according to prescribed instructions.
- Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition for the client.
- Support with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship for the client.
- Accompany client to appointments or social outings.
- Monitor changes in health or behavior and report any concerns to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required.
- Compassionate nature with a desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting/moving clients if needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
